At the office of Dr. Lee we offer multiple options to assist you with your surgical and non surgical needs. Dr. Lee has a beautifully appointed office and accredited surgical suite. We spend a great deal of time helping our out of town patients prepare for surgery. Dr. Lee and his seasoned staff will make sure you will be well cared for in a private, attentive and comforting environment. Out of town patients feel very comfortable with us before they arrive to our office because of the amount of time and energy we spend with them via the phone and emails. Getting Started: Easy as 1-2-3
Step One: Virtual Consultation
It is always best to have a consultation in person with Dr. Lee well in advance of your surgery. If this is not possible we ask that you send in photos (like the one’s on our website, front view, right and left sideviews, right and left oblique views) of the area that you are interested in improving upon. We ask that you send your photos to our patient coordinator Melanie@ChangesPlasticSurgery.com. Dr. Lee will 
review your photos with his patient coordinator. We will then send you a tentative surgical plan and rough estimate based on Dr. Lee’s recommendations. We may also give you a call to discuss Dr. Lee’s recommendations for the surgical plan and your goals. We will send you New Patient Registration and medical history forms. We would like these forms faxed, mailed or emailed to our office in advance of your pre-operative appointment.
Step Two: Pre-operative requirements and booking surgery
We will set a date for your pre-operative appointment and surgery date. We will send to you a pre-operative packet in advance of your surgery. We would like these forms faxed, mailed or emailed to our office in advance of your pre-operative appointment. We will require lab work in advance of your surgery. Patients 40 years and older will need a recent mammogram if having breast surgery, CBC (complete blood count) along with a recent EKG completed in advance of your surgery. Based on your medical history additional tests made me required by Dr. Lee. Please let our patient coordinator know if you will be faxing in your results from these tests. We will need you to refrain from taking Vitamin E, aspirin and any anti-inflammatory drugs at least two weeks prior to your surgery. Please stop smoking 4-6 weeks prior to your face, tummy tuck or breast surgery. We normally set up your pre-operative appointment four weeks in advance of your surgery. If this is not possible we can discuss doing your pre-operative appointment closer to your surgery date. All fees are paid four weeks in advance of your surgery. We accept all major credit cards.
Step Three: Travel arrangements and accommodations
You must have a responsible adult (18yrs and older) with you at all times if you are planning on staying at a hotel. If a friend or family member is not available to come with you, we can arrange for one on one care. There will be a separate fee for this care and we can help make these arrangements for you if needed. You must plan on having help for the first week after your surgery and maybe longer. You will not be able to drive yourself to and from your visits if you are on pain medication after surgery. The length of time that we will ask you to stay during your recovery will vary depending on the procedure you are having. Dr. Lee generally likes patients to stay in town for at least one week after breast implant surgery and maybe two weeks for facial and tummytuck procedures.
