Returns:
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but as part of our commitment to customer service, Changes Plastic Surgery & Spa Skin Care LLC offers a fair return policy. If you purchase a product that causes skin sensitivity or irritation, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase provided that the product is at least 75% full. A copy of the original receipt must accompany the return. We regret that we do not credit return shipping fees unless the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Changes Plastic Surgery & Spa Skin Care LLC or arrived to you damaged.

Sales Tax:
California residents are charged 8.75% sales tax on all purchases. No sales tax is added to orders shipped to different locations.
Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped via USPS at the flat rate of $5.95
Shipping Days:
Monday thru Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays.
Processing Time:
Orders received with verified payment will ship within 1-3 business days, as long as items are in stock. If an item is out is out of stock, the entire order will be processed and shipped once all items in the order are available. Items on back order may require up to 4 to 6 weeks for processing and shipping. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed by the close of business on Monday.
Domestic Delivery Time- Standard Shipping:
Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 1- 4 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 4- 6 business days. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. USPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please note that USPS cannot guarantee shipping in 2 days to non- contiguous U.S. entities at this time. This web store cannot refund orders or file claims with USPS unless it has been longer than 3 days. Changes Plastic Surgery & Spa Skin Care LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
Undeliverable Packages including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery will be returned to Changes Plastic Surgery.com and assessed a $15.00 Non- Delivery fee. The Non-delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.
