Unique Qualities:
This refreshing toner gently removes any makeup residue or impurities after cleansing. It contains Citric acid to stimulate cell renewal and refine the skin’s texture. Chamomile is added to provide a gentle, soothing effect.
Revitalizing Toner is specifically formulated to cleanse the skin without the harsh and drying effects of alcohol. Its light scent is refreshing.

Directions:
After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with toner and apply generously to face and neck. Repeat until no trace of dirt is visible. Can be used twice daily or as directed by physician.
