At Changes Plastic Surgery, we offer a multitude of skin care services and up to date skin treatments that work together to promote the overall health, youthfulness and longevity of your skin.
Aesthetician services, laser services and dermal fillers are performed by our Licensed Aesthetician and Nurse Practitioner, Stefanie Jones RN, NP.
tefanie not only has experience in medical esthetics, but is knowledgeable about cosmetic surgery procedures and how to aid in their healing process. Stefanie performs facial services that provide a relaxing and luxurious experience that will enhance the look of your skin by correcting problems, improving circulation, relaxing muscles, and soothing nerves. She also performs lymphatic facials, that when used before and after surgery will speed your recovery, and enhance and prolong overall results. In addition, Stefanie is well educated and trained in a variety of advanced treatments such as botox, laser treatments and dermal fillers.

Facials: Our facial services provide a relaxing and luxurious experience that will enhance the look of your skin by correcting skin problems, improving circulation and soothing nerves. Individualized facials available for acneic and sun damaged skin.

BOTOX®: BOTOX® relaxes the muscles that cause wrinkle formation. A complimentary consultation with one of our medical providers prior to your service can determine the amount you will need to achieve the results you desire.
1st treatment area $300, each additional area $260
Fraxel Laser Resurfacing: There is simply nothing else like it for improving the appearance of your skin. Fraxel laser is a safe, non-invasive procedure that allows you to rediscover the fresh, healthy skin of your youth with minimal downtime. Benefits include improving texture, tone and pore size, erasing unwanted brown spots, smoothing wrinkles around the eyes, and reducing the appearance of acne scars. This laser is safe enough to use on hands, chests, shoulders and arms.
Single area treatment $1200
Chemical Peels: Alphahydroxy Acids, such as glycolic acid, can greatly improve the appearance of the skin. These chemical peels smooth rough, dry skin, aid in control of oily (acneic) skin, improve texture of sun damaged skin, correct pigment problems, and can be used as a TCA pre-treatment.
TCA peels dramatically smooth fine lines and wrinkles and improve pigmentation abnormalities and sunspots.
Single Treatments $125 to $1700 depending on depth
Photofacial/Laser Genesis: These treatments are non-ablative, so there is no "down time" following the procedure. We use intense pulses of light to help eliminate the signs of aging including wrinkles, brown spots, blotchiness, large pores, and Rosacea.

Vein Treatments: KTP laser has become the laser of choice for treating unwanted dilated blood vessels (spider veins) seen around the nose, cheeks, and legs.

Laser hair reduction: Laser hair reduction is one of the easiest ways to reduce unwanted hair from almost anywhere on the body. A series of five to six treatments are recommended to achieve optimal results.

Dermal fillers: Dermal fillers restore volume and fullness to the skin. The result is instantaneous and enhances areas of the face that lose volume as we age. For your comfort, topical anesthetic is applied and/or a dental block is performed prior to treatment.
Collagen: Lasts 2-4 months. $400/syringe.
Restylane: Lasts 6-9 months. $600/syringe.
Juvederm: Lasts 9-12 months. $600/syringe.
Radiesse®: Lasts 12-18 months. $900/syringe.
Sculptra™: Lasts over two years. $1100/vial.
Artefill®: Permanent. $1250/syringe.
