How it works
When you arrive at Changes for your consultation, a trained Changes photographer will capture your image with the Canfield Vectra 3D Imaging System. The capture process is simple and takes only a few minutes. The system uses 6 cameras to simultaneously take your photo from multiple angles. The software then takes those 6 photos and synchronizes them together to make a virtual 3 dimensional reconstruction of your face, body, or breasts.
Your surgeon will use the 3D reconstruction to demonstrate what procedures can be done and what the results will look like on you. Patients are always encouraged to give their feedback to create their perfect look. The end result should be a simulation of the appearance you want to achieve after plastic surgery, lasers, or facial fillers.
The system does not replace the consultation with your surgeon, but rather enhances it by giving you something concrete and objective to see and discuss. By being able to simulate procedures in real time, you and your surgeon can together create your desired look and plan the best approach to get you there, all in the same visit.
